Training
A celebratory dinner was held in early December 2009 to mark the completion of studies for an Australian first. The class of students taking the Vocational Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution was the first ever group to study for and achieve this qualification. And already two of the students have secured employment at Family Relationship Centres - one in Melbourne CBD and the other in Traralgon.
The Vocational Graduate Diploma is a new qualification, designed and developed by the Community and Health Services Industry Skills Council on behalf of the Australian Government, to create a nationally recognised single qualification for Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners. FMC Training Services is one of very few Registered Training Organisations in Australia authorised to deliver this training and the first to see a class of students through to completion.
