Serge is the CEO of FMC Mediation and Counselling and a Board Director for Scope Disability Services and Family and Relationship Services Australia (FRSA). Prior to these roles he was the inaugural CEO of the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation where he was instrumental in establishing the Foundation as a world leader in the delivery of counselling, support and prevention programs to over 100 different locations.
Serge has accumulated over 10 years’ experience as a CEO and non-executive director for not-for-profit or government organisations. As a psychologist with nearly 20 years’ experience, Serge has delivered and managed a wide variety of community based therapeutic and prevention services and has been a member of two Ministerial Advisory Councils at the state and federal level. With an MBA qualification and strong commercial experience, Serge also brings to the role expertise in marketing, social policy and advocacy.
Graeme Westaway has over 20 years experience in Brand, communications strategy and concept development. His educational background in Science and Marketing has been used across Brand strategy, Services development and Web interaction planning. He has developed consumer goods, nfp services, insurances and preventative health programs.
Graeme’s not for profit services background covers child welfare, aged care services, government funded services and medical research. His values are honesty, warmth and making a difference.
Graeme stood in as FMC’s acting CEO from June 2016 until February 2017.
Graeme joined FMC in January 2013.
Jenni Dickson has over 20 years’ experience in the health sector. She has a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Diploma Community Health. Jenni brings to FMC a strong background in services development and quality improvement. She has a background in Aged and Community Care and has significant experience in improving the client experience

David Turen has extensive experience as an HR Executive across a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, health care, local government and commercial aviation. His portfolio includes responsibility for HR Strategy, Enterprise Agreement administration, HR consultancy and People Policy.
David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and is a Certified Practitioner of the Australian Human Resources Institute.
David joined FMC in January 2013.
Dan leads finance function at FMC.
Dan has worked in the not-for-profit sector at the Alcohol and Drug Foundation (5 years) and in the health insurance industry (10 years) prior to joining FMC in 2017. He is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) who possesses strong skills and experience in finance strategy, financial and regulatory reporting, capital management and investments.
Daniel is also a Chartered Secretary with experience in compliance, risk management and corporate accountability functions, and has a passion for striving to achieve best practice in governance.
Evan Nathanson has over 25 years’ experience working in the not-for-profit sector as both a Psychologist and a manager of services.
Evan brings experience which is both clinical as well as operational having worked with a variety of client groups. He has managed programs across a wide variety of areas including case management, counselling and mediation, corrections, the disability sector, child and family sector, family violence work and mental health.
Evan is a registered Psychologist and his qualifications include an MBA, Masters of Management, and a Masters in Psychology.

Rachel Powning is responsible for growth, partnerships and advocacy at FMC. Her qualifications include an MA (Politics), BA Hons (Sociology) and GAICD. Rachel brings to FMC a strong background in business engagement and development, strategic partnerships, advocacy and stakeholder management.
